Upon presenting my app receipt they had to manually write my order down down and they got it WRONG 3 times. Then standing there blankly staring at them because there is no sign of actual food coming out or cups for our drinks, they inform me they only got an order for the desserts. Asked if we could have our blizzards last and after telling me, yes, continued to make them. Placed an order online for 7 people (over $60) and was the first set of customers to walk in the door. That, however, does not give permission to those working to work slower than sloths! Literally they were VERY slowly walking around bumping into each other like they were completely lost. We can't replicate this issue - could you reach out to us through our contact us from on DQ.com with you more information, so we can try to make it right? Thank you!įirst off, I understand employee shortage. So I think it just needs some performance & bug fixes somewhere. So I did, but now it’s permanently loading on the login screen and won’t put me through to the app. I actually just deleted the app and re-installed it to try and get that to work, and it asked me to login. And then even after killing it and opening it back up, it still doesn’t load to actually use the app - it just stays frozen on the blue loading screen.

The app creators cannot fix your 20 minute wait or some poor customer service - SMH 😑Īnyway, with the APP itself, I’ve noticed that when I click on a notification (like a new deal is available that week, for example) and it directs me to the app, the app freezes on the blue loading screen and never pulls up the rest of the app to use and you have to kill it. Add your review to that specific DQ’s location on Google reviews, not the freaking App Store. That is NOT the app’s fault! 🙄 That’s your specific store location’s issue.
